We elected to work with Compass Carpet Repair after our basement flooded, because they were the only company we reached out to who seemed familiar with working specifically with water damage. Christian was extremely helpful and responsive in terms of assessing how to best fix our issue, as well as with the quoting process. He was very professional and so kind to work with. He did great quality work with replacing our tack strip, padding, and stretching the carpet. I am so thankful we were able to work with him, and I highly recommend working with him!
