We elected to work with Compass Carpet Repair after our basement flooded, because they were the only company we reached out to who seemed familiar with working specifically with water damage. Christian was extremely helpful and responsive in terms of assessing how to best fix our issue, as well as with the quoting process. He was very professional and so kind to work with. He did great quality work with replacing our tack strip, padding, and stretching the carpet. I called Compass because I needed repairs to a very old living room and hallway carpet. Chris was able to repair a badly damaged seam, stretch out the wrinkles and removed several pet stains by cleaning the carpet with a low moisture process. Compass saved me a lot of time and money by performing all the services we needed at once instead of having to coordinate with multiple companies.  I would definitely recommend.
